でも、私たちが本当に創りたいものは、単純に商品を売ることではありません。

私たちが目指しているのは、人と自然がもう一度つながり、互いに支え合いながら循環していくコミュニティを育てることです。
その根底にあるのは、地球をもう一度「愛の惑星」として感じられる世界へ戻していきたいという想いです。

そのための小さな一歩として、将来的には、自然豊かな場所に、暮らしそのものが一つのモデルとなるような場を創りたいと考えています。

土を耕す。
食を育てる。
発酵を通じて命の循環を感じる。
人が集まり、知恵や想いを分かち合う。

家族だけではなく、地域の人々とも支え合いながら、自然の循環の中で調和して生きていく小さなコミュニティです。

資本主義やビジネスも、私たちは否定するものではなく、そのための「道具」として活用したいと思っています。

自己の利益を最大化することだけを目的にするのではなく、土地を守り、人と人をつなぎ、未来へ価値を残していくために。

現在取り組んでいる日本酒や酒粕の事業も、単なる販売や売上を目的としているわけではありません。

それは、日本の原点にもう一度触れるための入り口です。

日本酒は日本の国土が生み出した奇跡の酒、「国酒」です。
米を育てる農家があり、
水があり、
発酵技術と文化を受け継ぐ人々がいます。

そしてそこには、同じ想いを持つ人々との出会いがあります。

お酒や酒粕を通じて、土地を守り、共感できる仲間と出会い、つながり、次の循環を生み出していく。

それが、私にとってのビジネスです。
ビジネスとは、利益を得るためだけのものではなく、より良い未来を創るための一つの手段だと考えています。

人それぞれ、ビジネスの定義も、成功の形も違います。

でも今、私たちは大きな転換点にいるように感じています。
自然からの声に耳を傾け、私たち自身の暮らし方を見つめ直す時が来ている。

この地球のために。
そして、愛する家族と未来の世代のために。

一人ひとりが、
この惑星＝家族を守るために今自分にできることを誠実に、
そして一歩ずつ行動していく。
私は、その小さな積み重ねこそが、
未来の「調和した明るい地球」を再生していくと信じています。

What we envision is a community where people and nature reconnect, support one another, and live within a cycle of harmony and abundance.

At the very root of this vision is our hope to help restore our planet to a place guided by love, harmony, and compassion.

As a small first step toward this vision, we hope to one day create a place somewhere in the world, surrounded by nature, where the way we live itself becomes a model for a more balanced and sustainable future.

A place where we cultivate the soil, embrace the wisdom of fermentation, gather around a shared table, and exchange knowledge, experiences, and heartfelt connections.

A community where not only family members, but also neighbors and like-minded people come together to support one another and live in harmony with the natural cycles of the Earth.

We believe that capitalism and business are not the problem themselves. They are tools.

We want to use them not only for personal profit, but as a means to protect the land, connect people, preserve cultural wisdom, and create value for future generations.

The sake and sake lees business we are currently involved in is also not simply about selling products or generating revenue.

For us, it is a way to return to our roots.

Behind sake is the land.
The farmers who cultivate the rice.
The water.
The traditions of fermentation.
And the people who dedicate their lives to preserving this culture.

Through sake and sake lees, we hope to protect the connection between people and the land, meet those who share the same values, and create new cycles of connection and collaboration.
