This sake is brewed with marigold flower yeast, it has a humble aroma that is not overstated.

The taste is creamy and expansive with full of strength.
In the background of the taste, the fine and high-quality flavor of Omachi rice spreads.
The mouthfeel is a little dry and feels like bread. Due to the traditional Yamahai brewing method, it has a deep and condensed structure.

Recommended Food Paring

Teriyaki chicken/ Duck saute/Spagetti with meat bowl/ Stewed dishes

We recommend the sweet and spicy seasoned dishes. This sake wraps the food, and sometimes the acid comes out and arranges the shade of the taste.
