The city of Ninohe is surrounded by glorious natural scenery, nestled between the Kitakami and Ou Moutains.
The name of Nanbu Bijin means “Southern Beauty”. Iwate prefecture used to be called as Southern. Beauty stands for the delicate, light, and clean nature. Our sake makers are trying to produce sake which has same image of company name. Clear, refleshing taste that able people smile.
