Since 1902, Nanbu Bijin sake brewery located in Ninohe city the northernmost tip of Iwate prefecture.
The city of Ninohe is surrounded by glorious natural scenery, nestled between the Kitakami and Ou Moutains.
The name of Nanbu Bijin means “Southern Beauty”. Iwate prefecture used to be called as Southern. Beauty stands for the delicate, light, and clean nature. Nanbu Bijin is trying to produce sake which has same image of company name. Clear, refreshing taste that able people smile.
