This is the signature sake of Amabuki Brewery. It is characterized by the strawberry flower yeast used to create the unique taste.

The taste is pure as an unpasteurized sake and is reminiscent of noble and juicy strawberries. The taste is slightly dry and full body. First impression is that it is very smooth, slightly dry and full body and easy to drink with and has a mellow taste and a delicate floral aroma.

Amabuki brewery from Saga prefecture was established in the year 1688, Japan's Genroku period, over 333 years ago.
Amabuki is dedicated to providing the best sake made in a unique way. The uniqueness of Amabuki brewery is that it used yeast that have been extracted from natural flowers gifted from nature. Sake which is brewed with flower yeasts has rich aroma and deep flavor. There are only 20 breweries throughout all of Japan that uses flower yeast.
