Junmai Ginjo Sunflower flower yeast

UPDATE : 2021/04/19

The yeast extracted from the sunflower is finished with a fresh fruity scent and a refreshing feeling.

The best thing about this Sake is that it is not just dry, but the taste of the whole Sake is in harmony.
The Sake is perfect for summer, refreshing transparency, gentle sweetness, acidity, and a crisp aftertaste, producing a clean taste that is refreshing and pleasant from beginning to end.

Recommended Food Paring

Seafood pasta/Sautéed fish butter/ sautéed pork/ Shabu-Shabu

The firm acidity of this Sake goes well with rich dishes. In particular, it gives the essence to dishes that use butter and oil.
