Nanbu Bijin Sparkling “AWASAKE” is made using a secondary in-bottle fermentation to create a clear and elegant sake. It has a floral fruity aroma and refreshing taste that is rounded out with a gentle sweetness. At the same time, it has the foundation of raw rice flavor under the aroma.
